Manager's for our Lucknow Branch.



Position- Agency Development Manager



Location: Lucknow

Responsibilities:-



• Recruit, build, maintain and motivate the agents.

• Achieve sales target in his/ her assigned territory.

• Continuously review Agency Sales Force performance and their
productivity.

• Ensure Adherence to defined sales profile.

Desired Profile Minimum 6 months of experience in selling
insurance products in Agency, Broking, Mutual Fund, Banking,
NBFC, Pharmaceutical, FMCG & Telecom will be preferred.



MBA (Marketing) Fresher’s or Graduates with minimum 6 month
experience can also be considered.
